Refurbishment Process: Completely stripped down to raw material and repainted to provide an exact color match to the Candy Apple Red chassis.
Interior Finish: All compartments are 100% lined with aluminum tread plate (diamond plate) for durability and appearance.
Compartment Flooring: Turtle Tile interlocking mat flooring installed in all boxes
Ventilation: New 4.5” vents installed in compartment to provide airflow when doors are sealed.
Body Protection: Lower body features an integrated heavy-duty rub rail protecting the body sides from damage.
Driver’s Side Layout:
Total Compartments: Five (5).
Upper Compartments (3): Equipped with gas-strut assisted swing-up doors and heavy-duty D-ring handles.
Lower Compartments (2): Equipped with traditional barn-style (side-swing) doors with D-Ring Handles
Top of sidpack: One (1) hard suction hose tray.
Passenger’s Side Layout:
Total Compartments:Two (2) lower side boxes, that feature barn-style swing doors with d-handles
Exterior: One (1) hard suction hose tray and (1) ladder bracket assembly

Two (2) 2.5-inch discharge valves.
One (1) 6-inch main steamer intake valve.
One (1) 2.5-inch auxiliary intake valve.

Top:
Plumbing out the top for Deck Gun hook-up
Rear of truck:
One (1) 2.5-inch left-rear discharge valve.
Control Panel:
Gauges: New 2.5-inch and 4.5-inch master pressure/vacuum gauges.
Actuators: New manual push-pull T-handle control valves and linkages.
Drain Valves: All Drain Valves have new control handles
Labels: New labels and verbiage on pump panel to identify all controls.
Valves: All valves have been completely rebuilt as needed with new seals and hardware.
Emergency Lights & Console:
Lighting Package: Complete new Whelen LED warning light package.
Lightbar: Whelen 56-inch Justice LED low-profile lightbar.
Siren Speaker: Feniex 100W Speaker
Scene Lighting: Two (2) high-intensity 4×6 LED floodlights mounted at the top-rear corners of the apparatus body.
Cab Console: Custom built center console mounted between the driver and passenger seats. Includes dedicated heavy-duty toggle switches for:
– Master Switch
– Lightbar
– LED Warning Lights
– Rear Scene Lights
– Door Ajar Warning Light
– Console also features a Whelen 295 Siren Controller with twist knob controls and built in PA (Public Address System)
– Underbody Lights: The underside of the truck features underbody lights to enhance scene lighting and automatically engage when the truck is in the park position.
– Backup Alarm: Audible backup alarm to enhance scene safety when truck is backed up.
– Marker Lights: ¾ red marker lights in rear bumper.
Rear Body & Finish Work:
Grab Handles: Two (2) 36-inch grab handles vertically mounted on beaver tails to assist personnel accessing the rear bumper step area.
Hose Bed/Steps: Three (3) integrated diamond plate steps mounted on the right-rear of the body to help with hosebed access.
Diamond Plate Finish Work: New custom-built rear bumper, new diamond plate skins on the beaver tails, and all-new diamond plate finish work throughout
Chassis Accessories: Brand new heavy-duty rear tow hooks and mud flaps.
